1. Accepted Customizations

Customers may customize eligible products by adding:

Logos and brand artwork
Images and graphics
Personalized messages

Customization availability may vary by product.



2. Accepted File Formats

For the best printing results, we recommend uploading files in the following formats:

PNG (recommended)
JPG/JPEG
SVG (if supported)

Please ensure all files are clear and high quality.



3. Image Quality Requirements

To achieve the best print quality:

Upload high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI recommended).
Avoid blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images.
Ensure text and graphics are clearly visible.
Use transparent PNG files when possible for optimal results.

Print Luxe Hub is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution customer uploads.



4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Reviewing spelling, grammar, and design placement before submitting an order.
Ensuring uploaded content is accurate and final.
Verifying product sizes and color selections.

Once an order enters production, changes may no longer be possible.



5. Intellectual Property

By uploading content, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content; or
You have permission to use it.

Customers may not upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

Print Luxe Hub reserves the right to reject any content that violates applicable laws or policies.



6. Prohibited Content

We do not permit designs containing:

Copyrighted material without permission
Trademarked logos without authorization
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Explicit or unlawful content
Content that violates the rights of others

Orders containing prohibited content may be canceled without notice.



7. Production Times

Customized products typically require:

1–5 business days for processing and production.

Production times may increase during holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods.



8. Returns and Refunds

Because customized products are made specifically for each customer, personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

The item arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing defect
The wrong item was received

9. Order Approval

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your design has been reviewed and approved by you.
Print Luxe Hub will print the design as submitted.
Minor variations in color or placement may occur due to the printing process.
