Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of many of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we gladly assist customers if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection by the customer
Change of mind
Personalized or customized products
Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement item
Store credit
A refund, when applicable



Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your account after processing.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Print Luxe Hub.



Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders can no longer be canceled.

Because many products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.



Lost or Delayed Packages

Print Luxe Hub is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.



Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Our team is committed to finding a fair resolution.
